The foundation stone for the present church was laid in 1858 by Mrs Robertson of Struan.

A foundation stone, very badly weathered records: AD - MDCCC?XXI? ( I think that is what it records - it is in Roman numerals).

A further stone records: St Andrew's Kirk - To The Glory of God - Erected 1874 - Spire rebuilt 1854.

The first Presbyterian Church was built in 1858. The present St Andrew's Presbyterian Church was built in 1875 and was dedicated by the Rev Charles Strong from Melbourne. A plaque recording key dates and events is displayed outside the church. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 5/1/2017.
