The Crossroads Christian Fellowship, Mount Druitt was originally founded in Newcastle in 1961. It now has 16 branches in NSW. Whilst the work of Crossroads NSW began amongst people with intellectual disability residing in large institutions, it has expanded to include amongst its members, people from all walks of life and with a variety of disabilities. {For more information see - http://www.crossroadsfellowship.org.au/about.html }

The church building was erected for the Methodist Church, on land donated by William Emert, and was opened on 4/9/1887. It was also known as Bethel Church after it was purchased by Bethel Assembly in 1976. The Church is now known as Crossroads Christian Fellowship.
