Comments

The former Redbank Methodist Church, was opened on 29/7/1934 by the President of Conference, the Rev C J Stone, and closed in August 1964. This building replaced another church building opened in 1867, at another site, which closed in the early twentieth century, but re-opened before the present church building was erected closer to the town. The old building was demolished about 1950 and the stone used in a new church hall1. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 25/2/2022.
