The Revesby Congregational Church began in a Mission Hall on 2nd March 1901 (originally known as the Beaconsfield Mission Hall). The Revesby (formerly Beaconsfield) Congregational Church was formally established at a meeting on 15/9/1913. It was the first church in the district, erected on land provided by Mr George Seymer. Over the years many additions and alterations have been made to the property to meet the needs of the current congregation. As the church was the second building erected in the district, the history of the church is very closely associated with the early development of the whole district. The Revesby Congregation church did not join the Uniting Church in 1977. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photograph uploaded 7/1/2021.
