The former St Ita's Catholic Church, Seaham was erected on or about October 1893. It stood on allotment 11, Section 11 now 9-11 Dixon Street. The church building survived the devastating 1939 Seaham bushfire, but was closed in October 1941. It is not known if the wooden structure was demolished or relocated.
