The St Michael's Catholic Church, Booligal is part of the Parish of Hillston and the Diocese of Wilcannia-Forbes. The present church building is believed to have been opened about 1957, by the Very Rev T M Fox, Bishop of Wilcannia-Forbes, and debt free?. An earlier church building was erected at Bolligal about 1890, but destroyed in 1945.  No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
