The present St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church is part of the Parish of St Anthony and the Diocese of Wollongong. It represents the amalgamation of an earlier St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (Picton), the St Therese of the Little Flower (Bargo), and Queen of the Rosary (Thirlmere) at Tahmoor in 1995. The current site for the church building was donated by Alma McGowan. The foundation stones of the three former churches are located near the statue of St Anthony. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 27/5/2021.
