The St John Fisher Catholic Church, Kurnell was opened and blessed on 27/3/1938 by the Most Rev Dr N Gilroy, Coadjutor Archbishop of Sydney. The church was temporarly closed for about four years to about June 2013 due to low attendance. It is part of the St Aloysius Gonzaga Catholic Parish of Cronulla. No other details are known.
