The St Brendan's Catholic Church, Coragulac is part of the Parish of Cororooke (with St Joseph's, Pirron Yaloock) in the Diocese of Ballarat. The first church building was erected/opened in 1899, its construction influenced by the largely Irish catholic population in the district. By 1924 a presbytery, primary school and convent had been built. The original church building was destroyed by fire in 1938. The present church building was open in 1939, with the population at the time growing through Italian immigration. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
