The former Sts Gervase & Protase Catholic Church, Warnertown closed in the 1970s, and the property was sold (1988?). The church had been part of the Diocese of Port Pirie. The church building opened on 1/3/1908, but was closed in 1933. It re-opened on 22/8/1958 but closed again in the 1970s. The present building replaced an earlier weatherboard structure opened in 1881. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited.
