St Patrick's Catholic Church - Former

The former St Patrick's Catholic Church, Thuddungra closed about 1971 and the church building has now been deconsecrated. The church had been part of the Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn. The present church building was erected in 1905 and replaced an earlier structure blessed and opened on 22/4/1894, which had been damaged in a storm. In 1929 the 1905 building was renovated and a sacristy added¹. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited.
