The St Anthony's Catholic Church, Solomontown is part of the St Mark's Cathedral Parish and the Diocese of Port Pirie. The original St Anthony's Hall was opened on 9/10/1921 and functioned as a school-church. It had become too small and the present remodolled structure was opened and blessed by the Most Rev Thomas McCabe, DD., Bishop of Augusta on 7/9/1941.
