Alice Springs Baptist Church

The Alice Springs Baptist Church is affiliated with the Baptist Union of the Northern Territory. The church began as an independent Baptist congregation in the late 1960s, having its genesis in the American Faith Baptist Mission. It then aligned with the Baptist Churches of South Australia and opened its first church building in East Side in 1970. Over the years this building was expanded to meet the needs of the growing congregation. However, in 2005 this building was sold and its present property in Ciccone purchased¹.
