"This neat little church, which is built close to the Collector road, fourteen miles from Goulburn, upon the property of Mr. James Martin, who gave the site, was formally opened on Monday week". The former St Michael and All Angels' Anglican Church, Kirkdale ceased to function a number of years ago, and is now privately owned. The church had been part of the Cathedral Parish of the Diocese of Goulburn. The church building was opened on 30/11/1874, by the Ven Archdeacon Puldicombe and associated clergy. It was erected on a site donated by Mr James Martin. The building was also used for a period as a school. No other details are known.
