The former St Philip's Anglican Church, Port Broughton has closed, and the property has been sold (2016?). The church was in the Diocese of Willochra. Anglican services were held in a railway shed before the church was opened on 11/8/1886, by the Venerable Archdeacon George Dove. It was consecrated on 1/11/1889 by Bishop G W Kennion. The church was erected on land donated by Mr White. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photograph uploaded 8/5/2022 & 1/3/2025.
