The former St James Anglican Church, Stockinbingal held its last regular service in 2019, after over 100 years of serving in the community. The property is now listed for sale (2023). The church had been part of the Parish of Cootamundra and the Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn. Before the present church bulding was opened in 1911, services were held in a small building in Grogan Street, which was also used by other denominations. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 19/7/2021 & 23/1/2023.
