Anglican worship began in the Dural district in the early 19th century through the visitation of various clergy, until the appointment of the Rev William Clarke in 1839. The St Jude's Anglican Church was built 1846-48. A new larger building was completed in 1979 to meet the current needs of the church. The St Jude's cemetery was opened in 1876. Over the years churches were opened in Glenorie, Hillside, Annangrove, Galston and Arcadia, all having now closed except for Arcadia. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 25/8/2020.
