The St Nicholas' Anglican Church, Sawtell was built in 1933 by Osmond Sawtell. It was a Union Church to be used by multiple denominations. At some point the Anglicans bought it from the other denominations. In 1992 Sawtell and Bonville combined, and in 1995 became a full parish. Unfortunately the Bonville church burned down in 2015.
1 (see separate entry) More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 24/4/2020.
