The former Church of the Holy Apostles Anglican Church, Copmanhurst has now closed, holding its final service on 21/8/2021, after about 150 years of ministry to the local community. At its closing it was part of the Cathedral Parish of the Diocese of Grafton. The property has now been sold. The church began about 1871 with the first church building opened in 1872, in what is now Upper Copmanhurst. It was replaced by the current building, in what is now Copmanhurst, and was opened and dedicated on 13/2/1915 by Bishop Druitt, and consecrated in 1921. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 30/9/2022.
