The former All Saints' Anglican Church, Woodville has closed and the property has been sold (2003?). The church had been in the Parish of Morpeth and the Diocese of Newcastle. The present stone church building was erected in 1863/4 on land donated by Mr Roberts of Sydney. It was funded by the local parishioneers, to replace the inadequate school room which had been used by the congregation before the church building was erected and opened in 1864. A porch was added in memory of Henry Croaker, and dedicated by the Bishop of Newcastle on 15/2/1925. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited.
