The former St John's Anglican Church, Apsley is now closed, and the property has been sold. The church building was opened on 3/4/1907 by Archdeacon Harris of Hamilton. From about 1870, until the building was opened, Anglican services had been held in the Presbyterian Church, which had opened on 24/7/1864. No other details are known.
