The former St Paul's Catholic Church, Daysdale has closed, and the property has been sold (2016). The church had been part of the Parish of Urana and the Diocese of Wagga Wagga. With the formation of the Parish of Urana in 1913, Mass was held regularly in the Mechanics Institute. On 17/7/1914 a meeting was held regarding the erection of a church building. During 1928/29 St Paul's was built on land donated by Mr John McNamara of 'Emu Park'. The church building was opened in August 1929 by the Bishop of Wagga Wagga, the Right Rev Dr Dwyer. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 26/04/2016.
