Foundation stone records: To the glory of God - this Church of All Saints Gostwyck - was erected in memory of - Major Clive Collingwood Dangar MC - late Captain XIII Hussars - by his wife Nora Dangar - this foundation stone was laid - April 22nd 1921 - by the Bishop of Armidale - Greater love hath no man than this: that - a man lay down his life for his friends. - St John 15.13.

All Saints Anglican Church is also known as Gostwych Chapel. The following is recorded on the notice board: This chapel was dedicated in memory of Major Clive Collingwood Dangar, MC., 1882~1918, who died in World War I. He was the youngest grandson of Henry Dangar, 1796~1861, who emigrated to the Colony as a free settler in the "Jessie" 1821. Henry was appointed assistant surveyor to John Oxley. He and his brother William 1800~1868, purchased Gostwyck in 1834. All Saints was dedicated on 16/12/1921. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
