The Burleigh Village Uniting Church, Burleigh Heads is in the Presbytery of South Morton in the Uniting Church Synod of Queensland. On Sunday 17/7/2022 Burleigh Village Church and Burleigh Heads Uniting Church became a combined church called Burleigh Villiage Uniting Church. The congregation now meets as the Burleigh Village church at 2 Burleigh St. The present church building was opened on 16/9/1990, and replaced an earlier building opened on 23/12/1928 by the Rev James H Heaton, President of Conference. This building was erected for the Methodist Church, which became part of the Uniting Church in 1977. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. The church building is also used for worship by the Gold Coast Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
