St Nikolas Serbian Orthodox Church is a parish of the Serbian Orthodox Church of the Diocese of Australia and New Zealand.

The Serbian congregation began in 1955 and moved to its current location in 1972. It purchased the old Methodist Church in Ross Street in 1973 and spent many years renovating it. The renovated church was consecrated on 27/12/1981 by Bishop Vasilije. The foundations for a new church were blessed on 20/6/2004, with the church to be built in the style of Serbian Orthodox Churches. The first service was held in the new church on 22/12/2007 and was conducted by Bishop Trinej.

More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 3/5/2017.
