Denomination: Seen as part of the Moravian Church. The site is closed to the public. Sought permission to visit from the Barengi Gadjin Land Council, but no response to request.

The Ebenezer Mission Station was established in 1859 by Moravian missionaries at the Lake Hindmarsh Aboriginal reserve. The mission closed in 1900 and the part of the site containing the church and cemetery (with hundreds of unmarked burials and just a dozen marked graves) was returned to the Lands Department in 1904. Since that time many ownership arrangements were made - resulting in the National trust handing the site to the Barengi Gadjin Land Council Aboriginal Corporation on 5 December 2013. For fuller information, refer to: National Trust Fact Sheet - December 2013. Ebenezer Mission.

Photographs taken from the road and uploaded 3/12/2016.
