A heritage sign records: Euroa Methodist Church - The first church on the block was opened in 1881. This brick church was built in 1897 by G Whyte at a cost of 308 pounds. The vestry, addid in 1913, cost 107 pounds, and the Parsonage, built in 1904, cost 607 pounds.

A foundation stone in the Wesley Hall, next door, records: To the Glory of God - 6th July 1957.

The former Euroa Methodist Church has closed, and the property is now privately owned. The first church building was opened in 1881. The current building was erected about 1897. No other details are known. The former Wesley Hall, at 4 Bury Street is now also privately owned. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited.
