A plaque on the bell records: This Bell was presented to the Presbyterian Church Echuca, by Margaret Munro in memory of her late husband Alexandra Munro, Native of Peterhead, Scotland, who died April 3, 1873.

The Echuca-Moama Uniting Church is part of the Presbytery of North Eastern Victoria and the Uniting Church Synod of Victoria & Tasmania. The church was erected for the Presbyterian Church, and opened in 1901. In 1977 it became part of the Uniting Church. No other details are known.
