The former Chamber's Free Church, Hobart was opened in 1852 by the Rev W Nicolson. After the congregation united with St Andrew's Presbyterian Church congregation in 1935, the combined congregation met alternately in the two churches until 1949. The Chamber's Free Church building was sold in 1952, and demolished in 1955, although the marriage register records a marriage being conducted the manse of the Chamber's Free Church, Hobart on 18/11/1876. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 22/5/2020.
