The St Andrew's Anglican Church, Mount Bryan has closed, and the property was sold (1998?). The church had been part of the Parish of Burra and the Diocese of Willochra. The church building was erected on land donated by A G Gebhardt, and opened on 4/1/21914 by Archdeacon Bussell. Prior to the erection of the church building, services had been held in private homes, a school and the Institute. The church had a number of donated/dedicated stain glass windows in memory of those who served in WWI and Mrs Hatherly. These have now been installed in St Mary's Anglican Church, Burra. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 26/08/2016 & 4/3/2024.
