Early Presbyterian worship held in the North Coast district, was conducted by the Rev R H Roberts about 1870.

A church building was opened on 10/11/1905 in Currie Street, Nambour. Other churches in surrounding areas followed.

A new church building, St Andrew's Presbyterian Memorial Church, located in Coronation Ave. was dedicated on 28/6/1958. This church property was absorbed into the Uniting Church on 22/6/1977.

The current building was purchased in the 1970's from Yandina Catholic Church and transported to its curremnt location in Solanda Street.
