The former Delungra Presbyterian Church is now closed, and the property has been listed for sale. Early Presbyterian services began in the district about 1879, being held at the Reedy Creek Station and later at the Reedy Creek Hotel. The first church building was opened debt free in October 1907, at another location, and relocated to the present site in 1913. The building was lined in 1919, with the proceeds from a concert. A Sunday School began at the same time as the first church opened, with children from the Methodist church also attending. The bell, a gift from the Reedy Creek Station, was dedicated by the Moderator at the Jubilee celebrations on 16/10/1932 [Sourced from:https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/185123526]. The present church building was erected in 1963. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 25/11/2017 & 12/1/2023.
