A plaque records: The Belltower - To the Glory of God - and in memory of - Captain Keith Allison Virtue MBE - Pioneer aviator, who, on the 19th January 1929, - as a local farmboy, landed his first - small bi-plane in nearby cow paddocks - becoming on 1st Janusry 1931 - a co-founder & first pilot of New England Airways - which developed into Australia's largest national airline - erected by his family and friends - dedicated 17th May 1981. - Rev H T Graves L TH - Minister ~ Grant Virtue - Secretary - "They shall mount up with wings as eagles."

A plaque records: To the Glory of God - This memorial organ was - dedicated on the 22nd July 1962 - by - Rev A I Buxton BA L TH - Supt Minister.

The Bexhill Uniting/Methodist Church, Church of the Good Shepherd, was opened about July 1926. It maintains the Bexhill Open Air Cathedral (see separate entry) which was built in 1958 by the Bexhill Christian Youth Fellowship. No other details are known about the church.
