The foundation stone of the first church building was laid on 10/9/1857 by the Rev J B Laughton of Bathurst, assisted by the Rev A McEwan. The text on the foundation stone is not known. Informmation/photographs are invited.

The foundation stone for the present church building was laid on 26/5/1875 by Mrs Dickson. The text on the foundation stone is not known. Informatiopn/photographs are invited.

A plaque records: Presbyterian Church and - Manse. - Mudgee's first Presbyterian Church completed in 1858, occupied - the site between the existing church and the manse. The manse was - built in 1865. The existing church was built in 1878 to the design of - prominent Sydney architect, Thomas Rowe. The first church was - demolished in 1991...A 175 Commemmoration Project 1822 ~ 1997.

The present St Paul's Presbyterian Church, Mudgee building was opened on 10/3/1878. It repalced an earlier building opened on 12/12/1859. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 8/4/2020 & 30/5/2021.
